CETRA aims to represent and promote the interests of all tenants and residents of the Colshaw Estate. We are a voice for everyone who lives on the estate, and we work with Riverside and the Council to improve this area for our community.
The Colshaw Estate was built in the 1960's as an overspill estate for Manchester City Council. CETRA was created to provide a voice for the tenants of the estate. CETRA was also consulted when the estate was taken over by Riverside Housing Association in the year 2000.
We rely on our volunteers to help organize events, attend meetings to increase the voices of those living on the estate.
Volunteering is a great way to get involved and make a positive impact in our community.
